Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and ROI.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and performance benchmarks with influencers and agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
- Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns using performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Manage influencer marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within a performance-driven marketing environment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing metrics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
