Job Title: Commercial Director – Agency Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a robust agency sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Establish Logi5 as a preferred partner for leading media agencies in the UAE.
Agency Partnerships:
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with agency stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Position Logi5’s platform as the go-to solution for location-based, data-driven advertising.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive business development initiatives to grow agency revenue streams.
- Identify new opportunities within agency networks and align offerings with their client needs.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Market Insights and Strategy:
- Stay ahead of market trends, client demands, and competitive activity to refine Logi5’s positioning and offerings.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to ensure solutions align with agency needs.
Campaign Excellence:
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Present post-campaign analytics and insights to agency partners, showcasing ROI and performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in agency sales, digital advertising, or programmatic advertising, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of the UAE’s media and advertising ecosystem, with established relationships across leading media agencies.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Strong expertise in programmatic, location-based advertising, and cross-channel campaign management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
