Job Title: Business Development Director

Location: UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners in the UAE.
Present Logi5’s capabilities, including location intelligence and predictive modeling, to prospective clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries.
Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide market insights and feedback to support product development and innovation.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and ensure transparency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales digital advertising or adtech, minimum of 5 years.
• Strong understanding of location-based advertising and the programmatic ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Existing network of clients or agencies in the UAE is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
